Ingredients and Procedure:

1. Cut 1 small white onion, chopped into small pieces. Set aside.
2. Unfroze a packaged of 24-pieces spring roll sheets.
3. In a skillet, turn on the stove medium fire. Add coconut oil.
4. Sauté the onions. Add the ground pork when the onions are golden brown.
5. Simmer until golden brown.
6. Add half a pack of mixed vegetables, previously frozen.
7. Cook until done. Let it cool.
8. Meanwhile, prepare the spring roll sheets.
9. Wrap the spring roll. Freeze the rolls. Unfroze when ready to eat. Fry the rolls. Serve with ketchup.

Ingredients and Procedure:

1. Grate a spoonsful of parmesan cheese. Put in a salad bowl.
2. Cut the beets into cubes. (I usually use the beets pre-cooked from France). Add it onto the bowl.
3. Slice half of pink onions and add it onto the bowl as well.
4. Squeeze half of lemon onto the salad mixture.
5. Add a pinch of salt, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
6. Add French’s dried onions and serve.

Ingredients and Procedure:

1. Wash 2 oranges, peel and cut into quarters. Put it onto a salad bowl.
2. Wash 4 small tomatoes, remove the top and bottom, and cut into quarters as well. Add it onto the bowl.
3. Add San Marino pre-washed salad onto the bowl.
4. Add salt and pepper onto the salad.
5. Squeeze half a lemon onto the salad.
6. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
7. Mix the salad. Serve.

Ingredients and Procedure:

1. Wash 8 small tomatoes, 2 big vine tomatoes and 3 carrots.
2. Remove the top part of the small tomatoes and put the clean part onto the bowl. Remove the big tomatoes’ top part, not using them; Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Add it onto the bowl.
3. Peel the carrots and grate them and add onto the bowl of tomatoes.
4. Squeeze half a lemon onto the bowl.
5. Add salt and pepper.
6. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
7. Mix the salad and serve.

Ingredients and Procedure:

1. Wash lemon and cut into half. Squeeze half the lemon to get the juice on a salad bowl.
2. Add 3 Tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Grate about 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese. Add into the bowl.
4. Add the pre-washed San Marino salad onto the bowl. Mix it.
5. Lastly, slice a pack of smoked salmon. Add it onto the bowl.
6. Serve.

Ingredients and Procedure:

1. Wash 1 English cucumber, peeled and cut into cubes. Place it in a salad bowl.
2. Wash 2 vine tomatoes, cut into quarters. Add it onto the bowl.
3. Wash 1 red/green/yellow Capsicum, cut into squares. Add it onto the bowl as well.
4. Cut a 1/4 piece of red onion, into strips. Add onto the bowl as well.
5. Prepare the feta cheese, either made from cow or goat, your choice. About 200 grams, cut into cubes, and spread on a plate ground oregano. Cover the feta cheese with the oregano. Add it also onto the bowl.
6. Add about 6 pieces of red olives as well onto the salad mixture.
7. Meanwhile, on a small bowl, mix the following: 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, about a teaspoon of salt, to taste.
8. Add the vinaigrette onto the salad mixture and mix well. Serve.

Ingredients and Procedure:

1. Wash 4 cuts of jarret osso buco, preferably a veal. Put in a pot.
2. Prepare the vegetables. Wash about 2 big vine tomatoes or 4 medium-sized vine tomatoes. Cut into quarters, and put it onto the pot as well.
3. Cut 1 big white onion and add it onto the pot.
4. Cut a small piece of ginger, peeled and washed. Add it on the pot.
5. Wash and peel 3 carrots, cut into 2-inch size. Add it onto the pot too.
6. Add 1 1/12 cups of water onto the pot. Add a teaspoon of salt and ground black pepper. Also, add 2 tablespoons of light Amoy soy sauce.
7. Wash and slice a small piece of lemon. Add it onto the pot when the timer is about 10 minutes left.
8. Turn on the stove to high heat, cover the pot. Wait until it boils. When it boils, low the heat to simmer for 2 hours. Set the timer to not forget.
9. When the timer stops, taste the osso buco soup. Add more salt, if needed.
10. Serve hot with rice or rice noodles (pre-cooked following the instructions of making one).

Ingredients and procedure:

1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Put a parchment paper on a baking pan. Set aside.
2. Prepare the ground pork, about 1/2 kilo or 400 grams. Put it on a big bowl. Add salt and ground black pepper. Add a teaspoon of pork rind crumbs, preferably Pork King Good brand or parmesan cheese, grated.
3. Add 1 egg to the meat mixture.
4. Combine all the ingredients using your hands. Make a spoonful of the meat mixture and put on the prepared baking sheet on a pan. Makes about 15-20 meatballs.
5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. When checking if it’s ready, cut one meatball, if the color is not red anymore, then it’s ready.
6. Take out from the oven and serve with rice and vegetables or a salad.

Ingredients and Procedure:

1. Prepare the vegetables: a cup of broccoli, 1 cup of carrots (cut into thin strips), 1 white onion (cut into rings) and a cup of spinach.
2. Meanwhile, wash a cup of shrimps, small ones from Norway, wild caught. Set Aside.
3. On a stove top, use a skillet or a saucepan, whichever you prefer to use. Heat in a low medium fire, add a slice of butter, about a teaspoon, let it melt. Sauté the shrimps quickly, about a minute or two. Add 1 tomato, cut into cubes. Cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from the pot. Set Aside on plate.
4. Next, using the same pot or skillet, sautè the vegetables, add a teaspoon of coconut oil, about 3 minutes. Remove from the pot. Set Aside on another plate.
5. Use a pot for cooking the linguine pasta or you can use the same pot as well. About 3-4 cups of water on the pot, add a pinch of salt, set to boil on a medium heat. When it boils, add the linguine pasta (I prefer the fresh one), follow the instructions written on the package. Usually for the freshly made linguine from Irresistbles brand, it`s about 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
6. While everything is ready, using the same pot, prepare the white sauce. Add a teaspoon of butter, 1 piece of laughing cow, 3 teaspoons of whipped cream or lactose-free milk; let it simmer for 3 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of water, add a pinch of salt to taste and a pinch of ground pepper. Add a slice of Galbani pizza mozzarella, cut into small pieces using your hands. Quickly turn off the heat.
7. Lastly, prepare the plate for serving. Put first the pasta, then the shrimps, the vegetables and top it with the white sauce mixture. Add more ground black pepper, if desired.
